Seeking volunteers for the 2023-24 concert season.  

 

The Providence Singers is a volunteer organization, and we welcome members of the community who want to contribution their time and talents. 

​

Front-of-house volunteers help create a great concert experience for our guests. Tasks include handing out programs, ushering, checking in guests at the door using an app on their smartphones (free to download, easy to use), and selling tickets at the door.  Volunteers receive free admission to the concert.  Use the form below to volunteer for one of more of the following concerts:

• Saturday, November 18, 7:30pm - Rachmaninoff Vespers, St. Mary of the Bay Catholic Church, Warren RI

• Sunday, November 19, 3:00 pm - Rachmaninoff Vespers, Grace Episcopal Church, Providence

• Saturday, March 9, 7:00pm - Considering Matthew Shepard, WaterFire Arts Center, Providence

• Saturday, May 11, 7:00pm - A Night at the Opera, McVinney Auditorium, Providence

NEW THIS SEASON:  Community Connections.   Volunteer to be the information liaison between the Providence Singers and an organization of your choice!  This could be a church, dance studio, school, town library, local business, favorite coffee shop, online calendar, social media account, or any other place where people gather. You'll "own" that venue for the season. Spreading the word could be as basic as posting flyers for our  concerts. Some organizations have more opportunities to make connections, such as an online calendar or email newsletters sent to a membership list.  CC Volunteers will receive a "press kit" for each concert that includes printed material, digital graphics, and concert information.  Volunteers will be added to the Community Connections page unless you request anonymity on the form below.
