Invitation letters
This invitation is scheduled for mailing on May 13, going to a mailing list of 747 and following up on a postcard mailing sent May 6. It will be printed on one page, both sides.
The jpg is for visual reference; the PDF is more legible. This is posted for two purposes: 1) as sample text you can edit to suit your voice and 2) a letter that can be personalized for you to sign and send, either to a specific person or to your contact list. For personalized letters, contact Elaine with the names and addresses of recipients and any changes you'd like to the letter. They will be printed and ready for you to sign and send (addressed, stamped envelope included) at the May 12 and May 19 rehearsals.
